Make a Payment – Lee Law Firm (Please Read the Options)

Payment types accepted:

We accept payments via Credit Card (Discover, American Express/AMEX, Visa, and Mastercard; Branded Debit Cards; as well as Electronic Checks. Our payment processor is a company called “LawPay”, which is a PCI compliant processor that is recommended by the South Carolina Bar Association (or at least was at the time we began using the company). Please do not email us payment information, but instead pay via the below links.

Initial Consultation Payments:

Once you pay, you should get a receipt sent via LawPay.

Operating Account Payments:

-If you are a former client who owes the firm money, and the case is concluded, please use the Operating Account link (this should open in a new browser tab).

-If you have a “flat fee” matter (ex: such as an expungement we are helping with) and a payment is due, please utilize the Operating Account link (this should open in a new browser tab).

-If Dustin Lee is the appointed Guardian ad Litem in your Family Court case, and you are paying on an invoice sent by our firm (not the initial retainer/initial funds due), please utilize the Operating Account link (this should open in a new browser tab).

Trust Account Payments:

-If you are a new client on an hourly matter, such as a DSS Appeal, Divorce case, or DSS Defense matter, and this is your initial payment per our Retainer Agreement, please utilize the Trust Account link (this should open in a new browser tab).

-If attorney Dustin Lee was recently appointed as Guardian ad Litem in your Family Court case, and you are trying to make your Initial Payment per a Court Order, please utilize the Trust Account link (this should open in a new browser tab).
